All orders are subject to availability. Prices do not include handling shipping or taxes. Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours upon acceptance.

PAYMENT TERMS-

All orders must be prepaid. MasterCard, Visa and checks are accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDERS-

Orders may be placed in person at Dance Odyssey Studio or via the telephone, fax, mail, or web site. All orders must clearly indicate the customer telephone number, complete billing address, complete shipping address, product names, size/color choices, quantity ordered and price. All sales for cosmetics, instruction, workshops and tickets are final. Sales for apparel, hip scarves, skirts and costumes may be exchanged within 30 days if the original item is unworn and unwashed.

PRODUCT WARRANTY-

Bellydance Odyssey is committed to providing the highest level of quality and service. If notified within 30 days, any product that does not meet reasonable performance standards will be exchanged.

NOTIFICATION-

Confirmation will be sent via email or mail for sales for those items that do not require shipping, such as workshop registration.

SHIPMENTS-

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours of acceptance. Bellydance Odyssey ships all orders by Priority Mail. All orders are assessed a base handling rate of $2.00 plus $4.95 for order which requires shipping. Items which do not require shipping, such as workshops, class passes, advertising, etc., will be charge the base handling rate only.
